 I n college, I’m currently studying a foundation course, studying fashion. On the course, we get given different assignments to complete every four weeks, and right now my project is Deconstruction / Reconstruction recycle garments. With starting a new project, theres always the research that is the first step and whist I’m still doing my research, I came across Viktor & Rolf’s Haute Couture, Autumn / Winter 2016 vagabonds collection. Usually with my artist research, I get inspired by artists work to create design ideas and develop them further into final outcomes, but with Viktor and Ralph’s collection, its another story. It takes me a while to settle with artists who realistically will help me take my work further and not just have artists work for the sake of having artists work, but with Viktor & Rolf, I have fallen in love with their collection and already have a wide range of design ideas which I know will end up becoming my final outcome.
